We assisted in inventory collection and identifying of the sites for various program area across FAS and worked with stakeholder to identify the migration effort participated in project planning and execution phases and were able to provide technical approach and migrate few 1000 sites to office 365 cloud based tenant. NetVision consultants worked with various development and IT teams across FAS and government stakeholders in defining standardized Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) process with Azure DevOps at FAS.
