We have invested in its internal recruiting organization, which has significant experience and network available to secure top talent. We maintain relationships with several recruiting organizations and have access to industry-leading proprietary talent databases. A team of highly skilled and experienced recruiters that are skilled in quickly identifying, screening, and recruiting seasoned professionals in new, niche and emerging technologies. Apart from our internal, we will utilize our experience and tap our external resources – internet search, job portals like Dice.com and Monster.com, campus recruitment, job fairs, and current and additional subcontractors. This will enable us to rapidly staff our clients in various CONUS and OCONUS locations. This will also enable us to meet any unexpected surges in demand.

Furthermore, we have established a large repository of candidates with skills that complement our core technology offerings. We maintain an internal database of more than 40,000+ resources from varied experience-levels and skillsets included from a scale of technological domains, technologies, industries and competencies. Direct Hire Staffing

We support Direct hire positions, when the resource requirement is full-time and long-term. Here the resource is identified and based on his availability, interests on long-term and agreed upon benefits, the resource is hired directly onto our client’s payroll. NVS is committed to a long-term partnership with our client, and we work as a dedicated staffing agency handling all our client’s permanent staffing requirements. The identified new resources go directly onto the client’s payroll and becomes an employee of our client.

Contract to Hire

Staffing: We provide support to hiring the resources as per our client’s staffing requirements. If the client is satisfied with the hire, then the selected resource will be hired onto our payroll and will work for our client. Here there is no commitment from the client and the resource will work as part of NVS, but under the guidance of our client.

Temporary Staffing

NVS also supports temporary staffing, where a resource is hired only during unpredictable workloads, short-term project work, and other limited-term needs like such as a leave or absence. Because these positions are typically for a short timeframe, we maintain a separate database of temporary resources, who are willing to work on short-terms.

Retention Methodology

Once quality staff is hired, we retain them by emphasizing competitive salary and benefits, career growth opportunities, and employee recognition to maintain a high retention rate across our contracts. Training Methodology

Strategy to Handle Surges for Contingency/Disaster and Recovery Situations: We have a comprehensive contingency plan to effectively respond to and navigate emergency situations, disasters, sudden surges in demand or undesirable situations. As a part of our contingency plan, our recruiters will mine our deep pool of internal resources and quickly identify, screen and select two backup personnel – with comparable qualifications and experience as the primary team personnel. This will ensure NVS can rapidly deploy backup personnel for that position

Account Methodology

Here the complete end-to-end staffing process is handled by a dedicated Account Manager, who will coordinate with our client in gathering all the staffing requirements and ensure that all the positions are fulfilled within the given timelines.
